Who We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking a Senior Associate to join our team in Prague. In this role, you will handle complex transactions while mentoring junior lawyers in our legal service delivery.

The ideal candidate will have a background in one or more of the following: M&A transactions, venture capital transactions, IT law, intellectual property law, corporate law. The needs of our clients evolve fast, and so willingness to learn new skills is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complex transactions
• Provide comprehensive & practical legal advice to clients
• Lead junior lawyers
• Draft and negotiate complex technology agreements and commercial contracts
• Stay current with evolving technology law and IP regulations

Required Qualifications:

• Law degree at a Czech University
• 5+ years of experience in the legal industry
• C1 level in English and Czech language
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Exceptional communication and client service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
